Directions
Seaport Museum New York is located within the Historic Seaport District at 12 Fulton Street.
Subway
Take 2, 3, 4, 5, J, or Z to Fulton Street; A and C to Broadway-Nassau. Walk east on Fulton Street to Water Street.
Parking
The Museum does not have a parking facility, but there are several parking lots located within a short walking distance.
Visitor Policies
Photography
The use of photography (cameras, camera phones, video equipment) and cellular phones is permitted only in the Lobby and aboard Museum vessels. Tripods are not permitted anywhere in the Museum.
Sketching
Pencils, sketchbooks, and notebooks are permitted. However, pens, paints, and easels are not permitted.
Strollers
Baby strollers are permitted in the Galleries but are not permitted on escalators or on Museum vessels.
Cellular Phones
The use of cellular phones is not permitted in the Museum's galleries.
Food and Drinks
Food and drinks are not permitted in the Museum, including the Museum’s Galleries and vessels.
No Smoking
Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the Museum or on any of the Museum’s Vessels.
